LEGAL TERMS

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms explain the scope, account rules, user responsibilities, and refund arrangements for VPNPL international route subscriptions. By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms; those who disagree must stop using the service.

Service Scope and Eligibility

VPNPL provides subscription services for cross-border access, international websites, and network acceleration, covering 120+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available route endpoints, regions, and client download options are subject to the user panel.

Connection performance may be affected by region, network conditions, device systems, and destination services. VPNPL may update route endpoints, connection methods, and client features for maintenance, network conditions, security needs, or service adjustments. These changes help maintain service operation and do not constitute a fixed promise for any particular region, website, or connection result.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must protect their login details, subscription information, and access credentials, and are responsible for activity under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and manage the relevant subscription in the user panel.

The service supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but this benefit is for the account holder and their own devices only. Unlimited devices does not permit public account sharing, distribution of subscription information, resale of routes, splitting plans for profit, or ongoing access provision to third parties in any other form. Without permission, users may not copy, rent, resell, or commercially provide VPNPL accounts, subscriptions, or route resources.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date. When upgrading midway through a term, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Users should confirm that their selected subscription or traffic package meets their needs before placing an order and rely on the order details shown in the user panel.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using VPNPL, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and at the destination of access, and must determine whether their specific activities are lawful. The service may not be used for fraud, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, disruption of network operations, or other unlawful conduct.

Users are responsible for content transmitted, accessed, or processed through the service. VPNPL provides network connectivity and route management, does not create, select, or publish user content, and does not endorse such content by providing connectivity. Third-party websites and services set their own rules, which users must also follow.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNPL maintains and adjusts its routes, but internet links, local networks, device settings, system updates, third-party service policies, and external events beyond its control may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features. The service is delivered according to its actual availability and does not provide additional guarantees of continuous availability, fixed speeds, or access to every third-party service.

Losses caused by device failures, configuration errors, mishandling of credentials, third-party platform restrictions, local network changes, or violations of these terms are the responsibility of the relevant party. To the extent permitted by law, VPNPL is not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected profits, or outcomes caused by changes to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Restricted Use and Account Termination

If an account is used unlawfully, interferes maliciously with routes, resells services, publicly shares subscriptions, infringes third-party rights, or otherwise seriously violates these terms, VPNPL may restrict features, suspend route access, or terminate the account as appropriate. To protect the service and other users, VPNPL may also impose necessary temporary restrictions when clear security risks or unusual access are detected.

Subscription expiry, exhausted traffic, or a user’s decision to stop using the service does not automatically transfer account benefits. After an account is restricted or terminated, users may not evade the measures taken by creating another account or by other means. Where legally required, VPNPL will handle necessary information in accordance with applicable rules.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment, without stating a reason. Refund requests must be submitted through an available service entry in the user panel and include information that identifies the relevant order. Refunds are processed according to the actual order and original payment record; for Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT orders, the processing status shown in the user panel is controlling.

VPNPL may revise these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or risk-control needs. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated information at the top will be revised accordingly. Users should review these terms regularly; continued use after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated content. Users who do not accept a change may stop using the service and submit an eligible request under the refund rules then in effect.
