Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what data VPNPL processes when providing subscription services, international routes and website features, why it processes that data, and how users can manage or delete it.

Data Collection and Use

Creating a VPNPL account requires no email address; a username and password are enough to complete account creation. During registration, VPNPL processes the username, authentication data used to verify the password, and session information needed to keep the user signed in. This data is used to identify the account, provide the user panel, manage subscription status and protect account actions.

When a service is purchased, VPNPL stores order items, the amount due and paid, payment status, payment method, order identifiers and necessary billing records. This information is used to confirm service activation, process refunds, review unusual orders and resolve transaction disputes. VPNPL supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT; the relevant payment providers process the specific payment details.

To provide traffic allowances and subscription management, the system processes account traffic usage, plan status and activation time. This data is used to show remaining allowances, apply traffic reset rules and determine service status. It is not used to record the specific content users access.

No-Logs Principle and Connection Data

VPNPL does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, destination pages or DNS queries, or create browsing histories that link an account to specific network activity. VPNPL does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct a user's international route activity after the fact.

When establishing a connection and transmitting data, the system temporarily processes necessary network information for the duration of the connection to handle routing, verify subscription status and maintain the service. This process does not create a permanently stored browsing record. Total account traffic is subscription metering data and is handled separately from access content.

When users voluntarily submit a support ticket, it may contain the device platform, client screenshots, error messages or diagnostic information they provide. This content is used only to investigate the reported issue. Before submitting a ticket, users should remove private or other sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

Site Analytics, Cookies and Local Storage

When visiting VPNPL marketing pages, the site may process basic analytics such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category and visit time. This helps determine whether pages load properly, improve content structure and identify unusual requests. Site analytics are kept separate from the content accessed through international routes.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to save language preferences, login sessions, interface state and necessary security markers. Some local data can be cleared through browser settings; after clearing it, users may need to sign in again or reselect their preferences. Disabling necessary storage may affect the account panel and subscription management features, but does not change the scope of data processing described in this policy.

Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Alipay, WeChat Pay or the payment service associated with USDT. Payment providers collect the data needed to complete transactions under their own policies. VPNPL receives the transaction status, amount and order identifier needed to complete orders, confirm payment and handle disputes. VPNPL does not control data independently collected by payment providers.

Users should read the privacy notice of their chosen payment provider before paying. Payment providers, network service providers or browser extensions may have their own data-processing practices, which are outside the scope of this VPNPL policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account details are retained while the account exists and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order and billing records are kept for as long as needed to process payments, refunds and disputes and to meet applicable obligations. Site analytics are retained only as needed for operational analysis and security investigations; when no longer needed, they are deleted or disassociated from the account.

Users can enter the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request deletion of an account and eligible associated data. VPNPL will verify that the request comes from the account holder and process data that no longer needs to be retained. If some order records must remain for billing, dispute handling or applicable rules, their use will be restricted to what is necessary and they will be cleared when the retention purpose ends.

After a deletion request is completed, some data may temporarily remain in backups rotated on a normal schedule. Backups are used only to restore service and are not reused as routine business records; the relevant content is removed as backups are rotated.

Policy Updates and User Choices

VPNPL may update this policy when service features, data-processing practices or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted. If a change materially affects how users manage their data, related information will also be provided through a site announcement or the user panel.

Before continuing to use the service, users can review the policy in effect at that time. Questions about data access, correction or deletion can be submitted through the user panel with details about the account information involved and the requested action. VPNPL does not require an email address for registration, so website pages and the user panel are the primary channels for policy notices and account requests.
