Account setup

Create a VPNPL account

Start by opening the VPNPL account creation page. Registration only requires a username and password; no email address is required. Your username will be used to sign in to the user panel, so choose something memorable that you will not confuse with another frequently used account. Store the password separately, as you must sign in to view plans, get a subscription, and manage connection settings.

Enter your username and password in the form, check that the passwords match, and submit the account creation request. Once the page finishes processing, it will open the user panel. If you remain on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just created. Seeing sections such as “Account overview,” “Download client,” and “Buy a plan” means the account is ready and you can continue to plan selection.

This step only creates the account needed to access the user panel; it does not generate an active subscription. Subscription details appear after a plan takes effect, so it is normal not to see a subscription link yet. Do not create accounts repeatedly across different pages. Keep the current account and continue to the next step.

Plans and data

Choose a plan and place your order

After signing in, open the Plans section in the user panel. VPNPL monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date and suits ongoing use. For irregular usage, choose a data package that lasts until used and never expires: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB.

Choose based on how you use the service, not just the data allowance. For mostly text browsing and occasional online tools, a smaller monthly subscription may be enough. Frequent streaming, file syncing, or long-term connections across multiple devices call for more headroom. VPNPL supports unlimited devices, but all devices share the account’s available data, so multiple devices do not receive a separate allowance each.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount. Then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel, wait for the order status to update, and confirm that the plan is active. When upgrading, the price difference is converted into remaining days. For a first setup, there is no need to study complex upgrade arrangements in advance—let the current plan take effect first.

The amount shown on the Plans page and in the user panel should match. If the plan status does not update after payment, do not place another order immediately. Check the Help Center for billing and order-processing guidance. VPNPL offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds; the application route and applicable conditions are also available in the Help Center and Terms of Service.

Account overview

Get your subscription from the user panel

Once your plan is active, return to the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription section, where you can copy the subscription link or import it into a client. The subscription link is not a single route; it is the configuration entry for all routes available to your account. After reading it, the client can generate a list of regions and route types.

After clicking Copy, paste the link directly into the client’s subscription field. Do not paste it into a public chat or shared document first. A real subscription link usually contains account-specific identifiers and should be protected like a password. If you need to recognize the link format in this guide, use only the clearly fake value shown below; it is not a connection address:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If the Copy button does not respond, reopen the account overview and try again, making sure the plan is active. If the subscription link is exposed, an update fails, or the route list is empty, do not edit its characters yourself. Open the “Account and subscription” category in the Help Center instead; it is usually easier to identify the cause than to keep importing the link repeatedly.

After copying the link, keep the user panel open for now. The next step is to get the client suited to your current operating system from the client download area. VPNPL does not provide static installers on its marketing pages; client access and subscription details are kept in the user panel, where you can choose your platform after signing in.

Desktop platforms

Import into a Windows client

On a Windows device, sign in to the user panel, open “Download client,” and choose the Windows client. After installation, launch it and look for “Subscription management,” “Configuration,” or “Import from URL” in the sidebar or top menu. These names describe the same type of function: letting the client read the subscription link you copied earlier.

On the add page, give the subscription an identifiable name, such as VPNPL, and paste the complete subscription link into the URL field. Make sure there are no extra spaces at either end, then click Add, Save, or Update. Once the client finishes reading it, the main interface should show a list organized by region or route type.

Choose a route that matches the target service region, then enable the client’s system proxy or connection switch. The first time Windows enables the related network capability, the system may ask you to confirm permission. Follow the system prompt and allow this configuration. Once the client shows Connected, do not switch routes repeatedly; continue to the final verification steps on this page to check whether your exit information has changed.

Desktop platforms

Import into a macOS client

On macOS, get the macOS client from the user panel and complete the installation. When you open it for the first time, the system may show a confirmation window for a network extension or configuration permission. This allows the client to establish a system network connection. Read the application name in the window, confirm that it matches the client you installed, and follow the system instructions to allow it.

In the client, open the subscription, configuration, or remote configuration page and choose to add a subscription. Paste the link copied from the VPNPL account overview, save it, and run an update. Normally, the client converts the subscription into a selectable route list. If the list is still empty, first check that the subscription was saved, then return to the account overview and copy it again. Do not manually delete or change link parameters.

Choose a route and start the connection. If macOS asks you again to allow network configuration, confirm it and return to the client while its status updates. Some clients place “Update subscription” and “Start connection” in separate menus, so a completed update does not mean you are connected. Explicitly turn on the connection switch, then verify the exit information.

Mobile platforms

Import into an Android client

On Android, first confirm the supported client in the user panel, then add the subscription inside the client. Sign in to the panel, open the client download area, and use the provided link to get the Android client. After installation, launch the app and open subscription management, configuration management, or the add-configuration screen.

Choose Import from link, paste the complete subscription address into the field, and save it. Return to the main screen and run an update. Once the route list loads, choose a route matching the target region. The first time you turn on the connection, Android displays a system authorization window for the network connection. Confirm that the app name is correct and allow it so the client can manage the device’s network connection.

A network connection icon in the system status bar only indicates that the configuration has started; you should still complete the exit check below. If a subscription update reports a format error, first confirm that the copied content is complete instead of trying to split the link. More specific system issues, such as app sleep or background restrictions, are outside this streamlined path. See the connection and troubleshooting sections in the Help Center.

Mobile platforms

Import into an iOS client

iPhone and iPad follow the same basic process. Sign in to the VPNPL user panel and check the iOS download method in the client download area. Install the supported client, open it, find Add subscription, Import from URL, or Remote configuration, and paste the subscription link from the account overview.

Save the subscription and run an update. Once the client loads the route list, choose the target region. The first time you start a connection, iOS shows a system window asking to allow network configuration. Confirm it, then use the device’s own system verification method to authorize the change. After authorization succeeds, return to the client; do not repeatedly delete configurations between Settings and the client.

Return to the client and confirm that the connection is active. If the route list is visible but routes cannot be selected, first check that the subscription is still enabled. If the target service still shows the original region after connecting, switch to a route better matched to the target region and verify again. For deeper topics such as region detection, streaming caches, and account environments, see the Complete Guide rather than trying to solve everything during the initial setup.

Final checks

Connect to a route and verify it works

Whatever platform you use, complete one real-world check at the end. Choose a route in the client and start the connection. Wait until the status steadily shows Connected, then open VPNPL’s network check page. Note the current exit region shown there, disconnect the client, and refresh once. If the exit information changes as expected between the connected and disconnected states, the client configuration and route connection are working.

Next, open the target service you actually need and check whether the page loads normally. A target service may use the exit region, account settings, and local cache together when determining content, so a normal network check does not mean every service will switch regions immediately. If this happens, close the target app or page, try another route in the same region, and open it again for comparison.

If the client shows Connected but no pages open, disconnect first to restore the original network, then check whether the subscription is updated, the current plan is valid, and a route is selected. Do not switch through many routes rapidly, as this makes the issue harder to diagnose. Check in this order: the original network works, the subscription updates, one route can connect, and the exit information changes. This usually identifies where the problem occurs.

The initial setup is complete. For everyday use, open the client, update the subscription, choose a suitable route, and connect. Subscription maintenance, route-type differences, long-term usage, and a more complete troubleshooting process are covered in the Complete Guide. For account, order, or connection issues, open the Help Center and browse by category.

Subscription updated The client shows a list of regions and routes
Connection started The client clearly shows the current connection status
Exit information changed The network check matches the selected region
